Terms and Conditions of Sale

ARTICLE 1: SCOPE

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made via the website https://rhiannon-design.com.

ARTICLE 2: ORDERS

Electronic order records are considered proof of the nature and content of the order. Rhiannon Design® confirms acceptance of the order by email to the address provided by the customer.
The sale is deemed final once payment has been validated by Rhiannon Design® — either at the time of online payment by bank card, or upon receipt of payment by cheque.
Rhiannon Design® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with an outstanding dispute relating to payment of a previous order.

ARTICLE 3: PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Our offers and prices remain valid as long as they are displayed on the website.
Availability shown at the time of the customer’s visit depends on our stock and that of our suppliers.

Our catalogue includes information provided by suppliers; some products may not be immediately available.
Only permanently unavailable products will be removed from our catalogue.

If a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email or on the invoice.

Delivery times:
Delivery time is indicated when placing the order, based on product availability and the delivery method selected. In case of delay, the customer may cancel the order.

Pre-orders:
Certain products may be available for pre-order with a release date provided by the supplier or manufacturer. This date is indicative and subject to change. Rhiannon Design® will dispatch the product once it becomes available.

ARTICLE 4: PRICES

Prices are expressed in euros, exclusive of delivery charges.
They may be modified at any time, but products are billed at the rate applicable at the time the order is placed.

All orders are invoiced and payable in euros.
Customs duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees include preparation, packaging, and postage costs.
Separate orders must be placed together to benefit from single delivery charges; two separate orders will generate two shipping fees.

ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT

Multiple payment methods are available to ensure maximum security:

  • Credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) via a secure form (SSL encryption)

  • Payment via PayPal

No banking data passes through our site.
Your order is validated once payment has been accepted by the bank.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY

We deliver to home addresses or pick-up points.
Delivery times include order processing and shipping.

Delivery is estimated between 5 and 10 days from the shipping confirmation email.
These times are indicative and not binding on Rhiannon Design®.

ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY – RETURNS – REFUNDS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

All products are new and guaranteed against defects.
They are identical to items available in traditional retail.

In case of defect or non-conformity, the customer has 15 working days to request an exchange or refund.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documents included.

The customer must provide a description and photos of the defect to contact@rhiannon-design.com.

In the case of withdrawal, Rhiannon Design® will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP – TRANSFER OF RISK

Ownership of the products passes to the customer only after full payment.
Risk of loss or damage is transferred at the time of delivery.

ARTICLE 10: DATA PROTECTION

Rhiannon Design® is the producer and owner of the website’s databases.
Any substantial extraction or reuse of the data without express authorisation is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 11: LIABILITY

Product descriptions are based on information provided by suppliers. Rhiannon Design® cannot be held responsible for their accuracy.

In cases of force majeure (strike, flood, fire, etc.), Rhiannon Design® cannot be held liable.

Products comply with current UK legislation.
Rhiannon Design® declines responsibility in the event of non-compliance with legislation in another country.

ARTICLE 12: APPLICABLE LAW

All clauses in these terms and conditions and all sales operations are subject to the laws of the United Kingdom.

ARTICLE 13: CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions of sale.
The customer waives the right to rely on their own purchasing terms.
These conditions may be modified without prior notice.
