By placing an order on Rhiannon Design, you agree to the following terms.
These conditions are designed to ensure that both parties understand and accept the commitments of this partnership, guaranteeing mutual protection and a clear definition of our service obligations.


1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability.
While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, occasional shortages may occur.
In such cases, you will be contacted to confirm whether you prefer to wait for restocking or receive a credit note of equivalent value.


2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Payment of shipping fees is made at the time of purchase and is final.


3. Returns

Return conditions are detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy, available at the bottom of the website.


4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Delivery Timeframes

International orders are typically delivered within 4 days.
However, in some cases, delivery may take up to 10 days, depending on the carrier and shipping method selected.

4.2 Dispatch Times

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days of payment.
We allow a 24-hour window for address modifications.

Our logistics teams operate from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
The maximum dispatch time is 3 business days, though during high-demand periods, delivery may take up to 1–2 weeks.

Note: “Dispatch” refers to the moment the parcel is shipped. “Delivery” refers to the moment it is physically received by the customer.

If a delay exceeds 3 weeks, we will provide one of the following solutions:

  • A free return of your order, or

  • A credit note exceeding the value of your purchase.

If your order confirmation is older than 3 weeks, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at contact@rhiannon-design.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used for the purchase

  • Your first name

  • A description of the order contents

  • The date of your order

Our customer service team will reply within 24 business hours.

4.3 Address Modification

You can request an address change as long as your order has not yet been dispatched.

4.4 PO Box Deliveries

We can ship to PO boxes using standard postal services, but not via express couriers.

4.5 Military Addresses

We are able to deliver to military addresses via postal services but not via express couriers.

4.6 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to choose between waiting for restocking or receiving a credit note of higher value than your original purchase.

4.7 Delivery Delays

5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link allowing you to monitor the status of your parcel directly through the carrier’s system.


6. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse it if possible and contact our customer service team immediately.
If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us at contact@rhiannon-design.com as soon as possible.


7. Customs and Taxes

7.1 VAT

VAT is already included in the prices displayed at checkout.
Customs duties and local taxes, if applicable, remain the responsibility of the customer.


8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order provided it has not yet been dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.


9. Insurance

Every parcel is insured against loss or damage up to the value declared by the carrier.

Loss is recognised only after official confirmation from the carrier.
A delivery marked as “Delivered” by the carrier is considered valid.

In case of dispute, we will work with you to resolve the matter by offering:

  • A free replacement of your order, or

  • A credit note greater than the value of your purchase.

9.1 Damaged Parcels Procedure

All damaged parcels are handled according to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9.2 Lost Parcels Procedure

If the postal service confirms that a parcel is lost, Rhiannon Design will offer either:

  • A free replacement of the ordered items, or

  • A credit note greater than the original order value.
